Quotes are based on the details you share (items, quantity, conditions). If the actual scope differs on site, pricing and time may be adjusted with your approval. Arrival windows: Morning (8–12), Afternoon (12–4), Evening (4–8).

Payment is made using the method agreed at the time of booking. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion.

Please notify us at least 12 hours before the appointment to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a $60 fee.

You are responsible for safe access, a clear workspace, and notifying us of building rules (parking, elevator, HOA). We may decline or stop work if conditions are unsafe.

If damage occurs due to our fault, notify us within 72 hours with photos and details. We provide a 30-day limited workmanship warranty on assembly. Manufacturer defects, normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by site conditions are not covered.

With your permission, we may photograph completed work for portfolio or request a review.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Box2Room’s total liability for any claim arising out of the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This does not limit liability for willful misconduct or where limitation is prohibited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in the state courts located in California, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date.
